Stop circling the same decision. Learn how closing one meaningful loop builds momentum, strengthens self-trust, and helps you move forward.

Hey Reader!

One decision followed me around for more than a year.

Not in a dramatic, flashing-neon-sign kind of way. It just kept quietly showing up, which was somehow even more annoying.

I’d open my Google Drive to work on something completely different, and there it was.

My Membership Ideas folder.

At some point, I saw it so often that it practically became part of the furniture.

Every few weeks, I’d open it, add another note, tweak an outline, save a new version, and close it again.

It looked productive, but the decision itself stayed exactly where I’d left it.

Life moved on. Business moved on. That folder stayed exactly where I left it, patiently holding all the ideas I wasn’t quite ready to act on.

One afternoon, I was sitting at my desk clicking through those documents when I finally felt the full weight of it.

After a year of notes, outlines, and almost-starts, the folder was still waiting for one thing: my decision.

And I’d been carrying the same questions around for months:

  • Could I really build this?
  • Was I ready?
  • Would anyone want it?

Eventually, I got tired of having the same meeting with myself.

I took a deep breath and said out loud, “That’s enough. I’m doing it.”

I still needed guidance, so I reached out to my mentor for the next step.

But something had already shifted.

I’d finally given myself something no amount of extra research could provide: forward motion.

I’ve thought about that afternoon many times since then because sometimes the first loop you need to close isn’t the whole project.

It’s the decision you’ve been avoiding.

When an idea keeps finding its way back to you, it may be asking for a decision, not another document in the folder.

Inside Momentum Studio, we focus on one meaningful outcome at a time through the Close the Loop Method. Each completed loop gives you visible progress to build on and more evidence that you can trust yourself with the next decision.

If you’re ready to stop circling the same decision and start closing one meaningful loop at a time, Momentum Studio was built to support that next step.

Not ready for a membership yet? My What’s Your Open Loop? Quiz can help you uncover the decision, project, or next step that’s quietly taking up the most space.

It takes two minutes and helps you see exactly where you’re stuck, plus one real first step you can take to begin closing that loop.

Hey Reader! Imagine a creator named Maya. Maya had been quietly working on her first digital product for months. The idea was solid. The draft existed. A few people had even told her they wanted it. Still, every time she got close to sharing it, she found one more thing to fix. The title needed work. The workbook could use another page. The checkout button suddenly felt like a major creative decision. You know, the usual extremely important tasks that appear when pressing “publish” starts to...

Hey Reader! A folder can take up a surprising amount of space in your head. For more than a year, I had a master folder in Google Drive called My Digital Products. Right underneath it sat another folder called Membership Ideas. I was in that master folder almost every day, so I saw those two words constantly. It felt like that folder was staring at me and patiently waiting for me to come back. 😅 Inside were idea after idea. Different names. Different outlines. Different versions of the same...

Hey Reader! For a long time, I wore the “multi-tasking queen” title like a badge of honor. I could answer emails while listening to a podcast. Jump between client work, content ideas, text messages, and somehow convince myself I was getting a lot done. By the end of the day, I was exhausted. But if someone had asked me, "So... what actually moved your business forward today?" I don't think I could've answered them. I was busy. Constantly. Yet I always had this nagging feeling that I was...
