Your holiday campaign doesn’t need 47 new graphics

Hey Reader!

Holiday marketing gets heavy when every email, post, and sales-page section begins with another image search.

A small collection of coordinated visuals can carry an entire campaign. The trick is choosing them early and giving each image a clear job.

NEW ON BLOG

A folder packed with pretty holiday images can still leave you wondering what to post, crop, or use next.

  • Build a Six-Image Campaign Bank: Choose six core visuals with specific jobs so your campaign has variety without turning into a festive free-for-all.
  • Organize for faster decisions: Use clear filenames, format planning, and campaign folders to find the right image without launching a search party.
  • Customize with AI: Adapt strong images for email, social media, and sales pages while preserving a consistent visual direction.

IDEA SPARK

A Six-Image Campaign Bank gives you enough variety to market your offer consistently without creating a fresh graphic every Tuesday.

  • Choose one hero image that establishes the campaign’s main look and appears on your sales page or primary promotional graphic.
  • Add two supporting lifestyle images and one product-focused visual for emails, social posts, and offer details.
  • Select two backgrounds with room for copy so you can create announcements, quotes, reminders, and countdown graphics quickly.

Six thoughtfully chosen images can do far more work than a folder full of random downloads named final-final-Christmas-7.png.

RESOURCE SPOTLIGHT

QUICK WIN

Give one upcoming holiday campaign a 30-minute visual setup block before you create another piece of content.

  • Write down the five places where the campaign will appear, such as email, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and your sales page.
  • Assign one existing image to each location and note any cropping, text space, or orientation changes it needs.
  • Rename and organize the selected files by purpose, using labels such as Holiday-Hero-Vertical or Holiday-Email-Banner.

Your setup block is complete when every selected image has a job and you can find it without launching a search party.

PROMPT DROP

Use this prompt to turn the images you already have into a focused holiday campaign bank.

  • “I am planning a holiday campaign for [describe the product, audience, offer, dates, and primary message]. These are the images currently available: [describe or upload the images].”
  • “Choose one hero image, two supporting lifestyle images, one product-focused image, and two backgrounds with room for copy.”
  • “Assign each image a role across my email, sales page, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest content, then recommend any necessary crops or edits while preserving one coordinated visual style.”

Paste all three parts into your AI tool and ask it to identify a new-image need only when your existing library contains a genuine gap.

BEFORE YOU GO...

Holiday content becomes much easier when the visual decisions are handled before the deadlines start tapping their watches.

Choose your six images, assign their jobs, and close that loop before creating anything else.

Until next time,

Hey Reader! AI tools are going to keep changing. Names will change. Features will disappear. New formats will replace old ones. And sometimes the platform will make a decision before you were planning to make one yourself. That’s exactly why the most valuable part of your custom GPT deserves to live somewhere else too. The real asset is the method you built into it: your instructions, decisions, examples, reference material, standards, and the way you expect the finished work to look. This...

Hey Reader! You do not need to chase every business trend that crosses your feed. But every once in a while, a handful of stories start pointing in the same direction. That happened this week. Women-led businesses are still hitting structural barriers when they try to grow. Instagram is getting stricter about AI transparency. AI is beginning to influence how people discover products. Creators are being pushed to define their own boundaries around AI. And older women are still fighting to have...

Hey Reader! There was a stretch of time where I could spend a whole afternoon on one email and still find a reason not to send it. I would read it back, tweak a sentence, swap a word, then decide it needed one more pass before it was good enough for anyone to see. I told myself I was making it better, that I was simply someone who cared about doing quality work, and quality work takes time. It took me an embarrassingly long time to notice what was actually happening underneath all that...
