What Q1 has taught me!

Hey Reader!

I was adamant I was not going to start this with the same old thing EVERYONE is saying… OMG. I can’t believe it’s the end of Q1 already?!

BUT…

I seriously can’t believe it either.

Did the last three months go by as fast for you as it did for me? Reply and let me know (although I suspect it did!)

Over here, a lot has happened in Q1…

#1: I will have my new website ready (finally) next week! WooHoo! I admit that I have been dragging my feet, but I’m super excited to share it with you. It’s been a labor of love (and sweat, and a little fear). I would really appreciate your feedback when you get a chance to take a look.

#2: I’ve started my own Spring cleaning and I have some new tips and tools to share with you. Spring cleaning (or any cleaning) doesn’t have to be such a dreaded chore and you must admit, it feels really good when it’s done.

#3: My grandkids moved an hour away from me but we’ve had 4 sleepovers which has made the transition easier. I used to see them daily so it was tough at first. However, they are all happy and that’s what is important. And, by the way, I’m going to be a MayMay again!! Yep. My daughter is expecting another little one in the Fall.

But there is one thing that stands out the most for me this quarter.

… and that is:

✔️ I finally committed to getting 1:1 coaching to help me grow at what I do, expand my business horizons and personal growth so I can be of better service to you and build the life and business I aspire to. Have you done 1:1 coaching before? Any tips? Reply with any advice, please. I’m a newbie to using this type of coaching.

✔️ I started being more intentional with my business; about how and what I produce. It feels good to be more in alignment with my values and not stressed out having too many things happening at once. I was trying to do “all the things” you’re told you’re supposed to do, but it was draining my energy faster than I could replace it. I learned “you have to do you”.

✔️ And I have started my daily walks again. I don’t know how I got out of this routine but I felt it. They aren’t super walks; I use a good pace to get my heart pumping while I enjoy nature. My walks help give me clarity. By being alone and thinking things through I feel more calm so it’s beneficial for my body and mind. Do you walk often?

Now, this might not seem like ‘breaking news’ or the biggest wins of all time. But they have been HUGE for me.

Especially as an empath, who has high expectations for herself along with self doubt tendencies. Can you relate?

Do you have a big win or milestone you’re proud of achieving in Q1?

I would love to hear about it. Seriously.

Reply and tell me everything so I can celebrate with you!

Hey Reader! Before diving into the weekend, take a moment to reflect: What worked well this week? What felt overwhelming? A quick reset now can make next week so much smoother. Pick one small adjustment - whether it’s simplifying your to-do list, setting clearer priorities, or building in buffer time - and let that be your focus. For me? I realized that my daily routine wasn’t actually built to support my success - it was fueling my procrastination. I kept trying to “fix” my lack of...

Hey Reader! This week, we’re talking about persuasion without the push - how to connect with your audience in a way that draws them in instead of making them run for the exit. Whether it’s your emails, content, or offers, the secret isn’t in saying more—it’s in removing resistance. Let’s dive in and make sure you’re sending all the right signals. You know the drill. Step inside the first ten feet of a mall, and there they are—stationed like a human bear trap, clipboard in hand, scanning the...

Hey Reader! I blame my coffee-fueled morning and the twinkly Christmas lights we put up yesterday. (Yes, I’m that person.) I swore I wouldn’t get all sentimental in your inbox this week. Because if your inbox looks like mine right now … whew, the overwhelm. But here I am, sipping my coffee, staring at my sparkly tree, and feeling all the things. It’s Thanksgiving week, and between watching the Macy’s Parade (still crossing my fingers for no wardrobe malfunctions this year) and trying to dodge...
