Hi Reader,

Ever had one of those days where your screen looks like a digital junk drawer?

17 open tabs.
3 half-finished Canva designs.
An idea for a quiz funnel… somewhere in your Notes app.

Same.

The truth is: most of us aren’t short on ideas, we’re short on clarity. And trying to focus while juggling every shiny thing? That’s a recipe for burnout, not progress.

So let’s simplify with something I call…

The 3-Tab Method

It’s not just a browser hack, it’s a focus philosophy.

Here’s how it works:

  • Only keep 3 “active tabs” open in your business brain at once.
Not literal tabs (though you can try that too). I’m talking projects, decisions, or directions.
  • One offer, one system, one visibility focus.
Example: Launch your freebie → build the welcome sequence → post 2x/week on Threads. That’s enough. More than enough.
  • When a new idea pops up?
Save it. Don’t switch tabs. It can wait its turn.

This approach gives your brain something it’s been craving: room to think. And in that space? Momentum blooms.

QUICK WIN OF THE WEEK

3-TAB EXCERCISE

  1. Grab a sticky note or open your notes app
  2. Write down everything you’re currently trying to work on
  3. Circle just 3 things that deserve your energy this week
  4. Everything else? Parking lot it. (Your ideas are safe...they’re just not urgent.)

Pro tip: Make this your Monday morning ritual. Your focus will thank you.

LET'S BUST A MYTH

There’s a myth that more tabs = more progress. But clarity isn’t found in chaos.

Want to build real momentum? Give your brain fewer decisions, not more.

Start with 3.
Stick with 3.
Watch what happens when your energy isn’t constantly being divided.

(Spoiler: you’ll feel calmer, clearer, and actually get sht done.*)
